OUR LEADERSHIP
At its core, RCND is an unlikely 32-year journey into our essential values and our boundless belonging. One recent outgrowth of that history is an evolution toward a leadership model centered in three diverse, collaborative circles: one to guide each of our three core practices of Vigil, Reentry & Reconciliation, and Restorative Justice.
Each of these Leadership Circles unite staff and volunteer leaders whose stories, relationships, and diverse walk through Durham reflect the belonging we hope to emulate in all we do.
Similarly, our Board of Directors are intentionally selected to reflect the breadth of our work and witness in Durham. As RCND’s governing body, they work with and between the above Circles to shepherd the strategic vision, core values, public relationships, and organizational health of our Coalition as a whole.
